For more than 70 years in Saga-Arashiyama, Kyoto,
craftsmen of Kyoto Saga Cuisine Yosiya created “Tempura”
by incorporating Kyoto ingredients and seasonal foods into fresh fish paste
based on Japanese cooking techniques.
It is a handmade gem filled with a plump texture and the umami of fish.

Carefully selected fish paste

The base is made of smooth fish paste with the fish bones carefully removed.

No eggs or flour

Magic Croquette

An original croquette that does not use meat or alcohol,
created by the technique of Kyoto vegetarian cuisine.
The croquette made with potatoes and finished in a
Kyoto-style sukiyaki taste is as if it contains meat.
The name of “Magic Croquette” was given by
Mr. Osho of the first “Tenryu-ji Temple” in Kyoto Gozan,
who gave it a taste and endorsement.
(Osho-sama also wrote the word “magic croquette”!)

Tofu Croquette

Original croquette made with Sagano’s specialty tofu and chicken.
Only chickens that have been certified as Halal are used.
It is a light specialty croquette that you can eat as many

near Kosanji Temple, the birthplace of Japanese tea.
We will deliver the splendor of tea,
which is indispensable to Japanese food culture, in various styles.

Refined ingredients

Matcha produced in Uji, Kyoto
is mixed with high-grade Wasanbon,
which is used for Kyoto sweets,
and has a unique composition to give it a soft sweetness.
The deliciousness that brings out the taste of matcha.
It also contains oligosaccharides that are gentle on the stomach
and calcium that tends to be deficient in daily life.
